Enrollment terms.

Course

Nine live online sessions via Zoom, October 5–27, 2026, from 6:30–9:00 PM ET. Private recurring access and preflight instructions are sent to enrolled participants.

Cohort size

Enrollment is capped at 20 participants to preserve a high-touch, interactive experience.

Tuition

The amount shown at Stripe checkout is the tuition due for the applicable enrollment window. Optional equipment and internet costs are separate. No paid AI subscription is required for core exercises.

Cancellation, refund, and transfer

Cancel in writing through September 28, 2026 for a full tuition refund. After September 28, tuition is non-refundable. You may transfer the enrollment to another eligible participant through October 2, 2026 by contacting AgentX AI Course. Missed sessions do not create a partial refund.

If AgentX AI Course cancels the course

If AgentX AI Course cancels the cohort, AgentX AI Course will refund paid tuition in full.

Participation and technology

Learners need a current Mac or Windows laptop, a modern browser, reliable internet, working audio, a free Google account, and permission to install course apps. Camera use is encouraged but not required.

Virtual access and conduct

Zoom, recording, and cohort-space links are personal to the enrolled participant and may not be shared. Participants may not record, photograph, or redistribute sessions, breakout rooms, chats, course materials, or another learner's work without written permission. Respectful participation is required.

Recordings

Instructor-led Zoom sessions may be recorded and transcribed for enrolled learners, with notice when recording starts. Breakout rooms are not recorded by default. Participants control their camera and should share only the applications or files they intend others to see.

Responsible use

The course teaches research, planning, organization, and controlled agent workflows. It does not provide medical, legal, tax, or investment advice. Shared exercises must use synthetic, redacted, anonymous, or safely minimized information—not real sensitive personal or confidential data.

Independent program

The Agentic AI Intensive is the October cohort from AgentX AI Course. AgentX AI Course is independent and is not university affiliated, accredited, or offered for transferable academic credit.
