What is collected
Stripe collects the name, email, and payment details needed to process enrollment. AgentX AI Course receives the enrollment and payment record. When a campaign link includes standard UTM codes, this site keeps those codes for the current browser session and passes them to Stripe for campaign attribution. This site does not use advertising trackers, cookies, or a general lead form.
How it is used
Enrollment information is used to confirm payment, send private Zoom and cohort access, run preflight, support participation, issue certificates, keep required business records, prevent fraud, and respond to course questions.
Payment data
Card details are entered on Stripe-hosted checkout and are handled under Stripe’s privacy and security practices. This website does not receive or store full card details.
Zoom and cohort tools
Zoom may process your display name, account details, device and network information, and any audio, video, chat, reactions, files, or screen content you choose to share. The private cohort workspace may process your name, email, messages, and shared files. These providers handle information under their own terms and privacy practices.
Recordings and screen sharing
Instructor-led sessions may be recorded and transcribed for enrolled learners, with visible or spoken notice when recording starts. Breakout rooms are not recorded by default. Other participants in the live room or breakout can see and hear what you voluntarily share. Share one window instead of your full desktop when possible, close private notifications, and keep sensitive files off screen.
Sharing and retention
Information is shared only with service providers needed to operate enrollment and the course, including Stripe, Zoom, and the cohort workspace, or when required by law. AgentX AI Course does not sell enrollment information. Records and authorized recordings are retained only as long as needed for course operations, business records, disputes, and legal obligations.
Your choices
You may ask to review or correct your course contact information, or ask a privacy question, by emailing Adam. Some transaction records may need to be retained for legal or accounting reasons.
Course exercises
Do not enter sensitive medical, financial-account, confidential employer, or other protected information into shared course examples or AI tools. Use synthetic, redacted, anonymous, or safely minimized information.
